By approving this agreement electronically, the BUYER accepts and undertakes to pay the total price of the ordered product(s)/service(s), including shipping costs, taxes, and any additional charges, if applicable.

SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, carried out in return for a fee or benefit,

BUYER: A real or legal person acquiring, using, or benefiting from goods/services for non-commercial purposes.
This agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s)/service(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website bilsan-kaucuk.kumsal.agency, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and unit price of the ordered product(s)/service(s) are those stated on the website at the time of order.
All prices include VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately at the checkout stage.
The ordered product(s) will be delivered to the BUYER’s address within the legal maximum period of 30 days.
Right of withdrawal: The BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery date without providing any justification.
To return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by its invoice.
Refunds are made within 14 days after the returned product reaches the SELLER.
Unless otherwise specified by the SELLER (campaigns or exceptions), the return shipping cost is borne by the BUYER.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
Products prepared according to the BUYER’s specific requests or personal needs,
Single-use products,
Products not suitable for return due to hygiene and health reasons (such as underwear, cosmetics, personal care items),
Services rendered instantly in electronic media.
Payment is made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods indicated on the website.
In case of default in credit card transactions, the agreement between the BUYER and the cardholder’s bank applies.
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the BUYER’s place of residence are authorized.
When the BUYER completes the payment for the order placed through the website, this agreement shall be deemed to have been accepted in its entirety.
