As Bilsan Kauçuk (“Company”), we attach great importance to the protection of our members’ personal data within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). This Disclosure Statement explains for which purposes your personal data collected during membership processes are processed and outlines your rights under the KVKK.

During the membership process, your personal data such as name, surname, e-mail address, username, password, IP address, membership date, and transaction records may be processed. These data are used for the purpose of creating your membership, managing your account, providing our services, and carrying out customer support activities.

Your personal data may also be processed to fulfill our legal obligations and, if you give your consent, to send you campaigns, announcements, and notifications. Your data may be shared with IT and infrastructure service providers only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service; apart from this, your data will not be shared with third parties.

Your personal data are collected electronically through the membership form and our website. Processing activities are carried out in accordance with the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, to request deletion, and to object to its processing. You may exercise these rights by applying to the Company.
