For purchases made through Bilsan Kauçuk, your right to request returns and exchanges is protected under consumer rights.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, its packaging must be undamaged, it must retain its resalable condition, and it must be sent back together with the invoice.

Products that are custom-made or cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

For return shipments, the shipping cost will be covered by our company if the product is defective or damaged; in other cases, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Once your return request is approved, your payment will be refunded within the legal period of 14 business days.
